Remember to have a backglass restored, we’ll first need a front and back picture of the glass you want done. This way we can evaluate how much work is involved in the restoration. The pictures don’t need to be awesome, just a good general front and back picture (no need to remove the glass from the game initially.) We do need your old glass in hand though before we can proceed with a restoration.

Also games with mirrored areas of the glass do present a problem. We generally convert the mirrored areas to gray (which looks much better than it sounds.) We are experimenting with using the original glass and reprinting on that (instead of new glass, thus saving the original mirroring effect), but have only just begun to implement that process. But just be aware of this issue.
